We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Data Analyst/Scientist, who’ll be responsible for analysing digital and e-commerce data, providing insights, analysis and recommendations, tracking media costs, researching consumer behaviour, exploring market trends, for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the overall achievement of the agency and our client’s digital, media and e-commerce ambitions and performance.
Ultimately, the analyst will work on providing recommendations to agency teams on media budget allocation and spend on marketing budget efficiently and target audience through the bespoke agency tools.
This role is required to work across multiple stakeholders, data platforms and BATJ partners platforms. This includes, data processing, building and managing analytics projects, consolidating reporting and dashboards, as well as helping with other analytics requests for the rest of the organisation.
This role will help the analytics function within the agency to provide action-based analytics and interpretation of media, digital, e-commerce, retail for our clients.

- Bachelor's/Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering
- Strong in analytics and problem solving. Experienced with predictive modelling, data mining and analytical tool. Proficient with SQL/Python/R/SAS and etc.
- Ability to write easily understandable and maintainable code in multiple programming languages
- Proficiency in MS office Excel, with ability to build macros, API and structured databases by utilising MS office.
- Good logical thinking with the ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern.
- Knowledge of digital display, and working knowledge of other biddable platforms (video, social, search).
- Analyse audience data in smart and meaningful ways to drive insight and customer engagement for our clients
- Support market-leading programmatic platforms and develop strong working relationships with key media and tech partners
- Explore the expanding programmatic ecosystem across devices and formats
- Develop dashboards to monitor campaign budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Looking to develop their experience in Analysing competitive research and benchmarking data
- Analyse digital, website and campaign optimizations
- Work closely with planning and strategy teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
