This position is responsible for sales data collection and importing, insure the accurate and timely, sales complaint handling, assist with line manager to do the unified management of DC

Responsible for collect and import of data flow in time 50%

• According to AZ china sales data management sop, ensure sales data collection, mapping, check, report timely and accurate
• Handle sales complain in time, complain process tracking and feedback on time.
• Master data maintain and adjust monthly
• Institution information validate, and communication with regional FF to cross check
• Verifying and check sales data from multiple angles to insure accuracy

• sales data track regular and report

Assist with line manager to do the unified management of DC 40%

• Working process implication and management
• Coaching and orienting the new data capture
• people management, hold business meeting regular, communicate and information share, to constantly improve team working efficiency and accuracy.

Cross function communication10%

• Coordinate and arrange the temporary data needs and analysis proposed by other departments
• Establish good partnership with sales and business department, ensure each group to complete work smoothly

• Bachelor degree or above
