Desired Skills

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated analytics and soft skills.

• Superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong Analytics domain knowledge with spike in at least one Analytics area (statistical modeling, operations research, big data, digital analytics, econometrics)
• Have training/work experience working on at least one analytics project involving working in SAS, R, Python, SPSS, or equivalent
• Coding/development abilities (VBA, SQL etc.) will be an asset
• Knowledge of visualization platforms like Tableau, spotfire, etc would be an add on.
• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminologies
• Have a passion to learn and grow in the industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with “can do” attitude
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional, cross-border teams and coach/mentor colleagues

Education and experience

• Graduate/ Post-graduate in Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Engineering
• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics
• Fluency in English language desired
