Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Sustainability technical requirements – including regulations and other aspects such as chemical, legal, customer, company policy: RoHS, REACH, CMRT, RBA, Ozone Depletion, Prop65, Flame Retardants, Halogen, etc..
• Manage the Sustainability Supplier Questionnaires (paper and electronics) and Data Collection Templates.
• Understand Technicolor PLM Tool (AGILE) and specialized Technicolor Reporting tools, like Business Objects (BI).
• Build Data files from the Technicolor Tools for Finished Goods, Components, and Suppliers using specialized reports. This role will be dedicated to Sustainability but role may expand as new technology is adopted.
• Understand the Bravo (STeam) RFx tool.
• Manage the RFI Sustainability Projects in Bravo or Off-Line: Build the project template, manage supplier contact information, manage the questionnaire and data file attachments – and then manage the project launch to close in Bravo with Sourcing Middle Office.
• Work closely with Supplier in identification, update, answering questions, pushing for complete and accurate compliance declarations.
• Work closely with ISM/GCM in supplier information and supplier escalation.
• Review all supplier sustainability technical data.
• Understand of SharePoint tool. This role could be expanded to support Sourcing Management in the use of SharePoint tool.
• Import validated supplier compliance data into data storage tool (AGILE) or SharePoint.
• Build and Manage Reports for communication of sustainability data.
• Answer questions from R&D Environmental Manager or Sourcing Sustainability Manager.

l BSEE, BSME, BS Chemistry, BS Physics, Environmental Science, or Data Management degree preferred.

l Previous experience with environmental and sustainability data review and management can take place of Degree preference.

l Previous experience with data management can take the place of Degree Preference.
