Job Description and Responsibility
1、 对银行业零售业务有较为深入的了解，包括产品、业务渠道、客户等多个维度；
2、 掌握银行业零售客户分析的方法，包括客户分层、客户分群、客户画像等；
3、 对银行业零售业务营销模式有全面了解，包括全渠道营销、线下营销、线上营销；
4、 对银行业零售业务数据有全面了解，包括客户360度视图等；
5、 掌握高级数据分析方法，以及相应的工具，包括SAS、Python、R、SQL等；
Qualification:
1、 本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验；
2、 具备金融行业项目经验；
3、 对银行业的IT建设有基本了解；
4、 参与过银行业零售业务/数据相关项目优先
