Main duties:

1.Status tracking

• Accumulation and processing of an open-points list ( OPL );

• Data accumulation of failure information and analyses;

2.Organization technical meetings

• According to a defined process;

• Regular Meetings and Conferences within China and to Europe;

3.Documentations

• Documentation of necessary documents;

4.Information management

• Leading and guiding relevant meetings;

• Internal status presentation;

5.Tracking status of DMU Data

• Building up CAD Assemblies of Engine within a defined Time frame (According to defined process);

• Converting Assemblies into neutral Date formats DMU Data (Shells, Surfaces…);

• Transfer of DMU Data to various Departments within the VW Group. (Virtual VoWa Team);

• Accumulating feedback information about Package failures and Reporting to MVK and

design engineer;

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Major Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent;

• With a minimum of 2 years working experiences with required knowledge;

• Good technical knowledge of engines & vehicles;

• Good knowledge of part manufacturing and assembling processes;

• Good knowledge of BOM systems (e.g. ECA, SAP);

• Good knowledge of CAD/CAX systems (e.g. Creo 2.0) especially in handling of big CAD

Assemblies (e.g. Complete Engine Assemblies);

• Work experience in the organization and coordination, as well as in vehicle/component

management preferred;

• Fundamental knowledge in engines, vehicles and product development process (PEP);

• Language skills in English are business fluent and German preferred;

• Sufficiently communicative skills.
