TSS Operations System & Reporting Analyst  Job Description
Job Summary 

Responsible for supporting TSS reporting, analysis and system administration efforts of the evolving TSS organisation, 
by contributing to ongoing service delivery alignment and continuous improvement. This role works closely with the TSS  Operations Leader to ensure that various reporting and system project initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently 
across TSS. Key stakeholders include the TSS Leadership Team, TSS service delivery team members and GDS and 
HR Services functions. This role reports to the TSS Strategy & Operations Leader.

Essential Functions of the Job

Executes upon various existing TSS reporting and analysis requirements.

Identifies and implements ongoing continuous improvement for all new and existing TSS reporting requirements in 

systems like SQL, Alteryx and Power BI

Performs system administration duties for a digital records management platform. Maintains the database by 

updating business classification schemes, security levels, metadata, access controls, records types, locations, 
reports, retention schedules, workflows and destruction of documents

Provides an “Ask HR” service to digital records management end users, responding to stakeholder enquiries in 
accordance of SLAs

Supports and participates in multiple TSS change projects/initiatives, providing special project support to the TSS 
Strategy & Operations Leader

Production of project plans, leads project meetings, resolves concerns and highlights obstacles to appropriate 
stakeholders. Identifies risks and escalates as appropriate

Project status updates and reporting

Supports the development and execution of change management plans 

Provides general operational support to TSS Leadership and their teams to meet operational and service delivery 

priorities 

Provision of support to TSS centres for major system project roll outs as required

Maintains core TSS documentation such as organisation charts and TSS customer sharing decks
Proactively shares knowledge across the TSS Operations Support Team to identify interdependencies

Knowledge and Skill Requirements 

Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong reporting attention to detail. Experience in creating and administering SQL 
and Power BI databases an advantage

Strong technical proficiency in use of HR related systems

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks, with a 

strong client focus and ability to manage expectations.

Strong organisational and planning skills together with an intelligent, proactive approach to problem solving.

Ability to demonstrate initiative and vision and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ability to accept and navigate situations with ambiguity and complexity to progress recommendations and decisions
Collaborates and workseffectively with others, builds and maintains relationships with TSS service delivery and 

operations team members and stakeholders
Experience in working virtually in a global organisation

Effective skills in the development of project plans, roadmaps, action logs, project charters and status reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills 

 

Other Requirements 

6+ years work experience preferred, including professional office experience and/or HR reporting and systems 
experience

Flexibility in approach to working on a global scale and at times across time zones
Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”.

Preference for candidate to come from a GDS centre within EMEIA or Asia Pac time zones
