This exciting role offers opportunity to: This position heads the PQ New Products Development team that includes CPSD and DPQ business and drives business growth with products customization, localization and new solutions developments for India and EMEA market requirements. Deliver NPI & CS projects, VAVE & Localization Projects for DPQ & CPSD business. Develop and implement technical product management plans, manage technical team members and supports product sustenance. Leads/supports PROLaunch projects for new product development, VAVE and localization projects. Providing technical advice and expertise to team members, application engineers, sales and service teams. Liaising with Eaton plants and Cross functional teams at Pondicherry plant to execute projects and meet customer expectations. Ensures adherence to product Certification requirements by relevant certification agencies. Preparing Profit and Strategic planning for PQ business, plan and track budget (Capital & Expenses) and resources. Lead digitalization initiatives and develops solutions for digital sales. Qualifications Requirement: B. Tech or BE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) Min. 15-18 years’ Experience on UPS product design and development. Excellent communication and Presentation skills and Project handling with cross functional interaction. Technical: Power Electronics, Simulation, Component technology Managerial: Coach, plan, target setting, performance review, Good communication, Strategy thinking, Change management Process: Pro-Launch, DFSS and Project Management Yes!
