Position Description: The main responsibility of this role will be the development of SQL databases, development of back end data, writing of SQL queries to store, sort, and retrieve data for Anaplan platform. Anaplan is a Web-based enterprise platform for business planning. Successful candidate will be responsible for system configuration and administration of Two Anaplan platforms: 1\. Sales Planning - sales quota planning, territory planning, account segmentation, and sales coverage. 2\. Sales Incentive - construction and oversight of all plan elements, including thresholds, accelerators, adjustments and SPIFs. Calculate payments quickly, while standardizing plans across regions, geographies, business users, channels, and more. Key Areas of responsibility: Identify business requirements through alignment with business stakeholders in Incentives & Commission and Sales/Sales Ops area. • Manage requirements including development of user stories, understanding functional requirements, partnering with business to prioritize delivery. • Completing functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and testing. • Ongoing maintenance/improvement of the business process and deployed solutions. • Supporting development of training materials. • Answer and resolve incoming users’ questions & cases. • Provide break-fix support for current models that have already been deployed. • Build enhancements to current configurations. #### Position Requirements: • Fluent English (oral / written) • Excellent technical and analytical skills • MS Excel (VBA & Macros) - advanced level • MS SQL (Joins, Stored Procedures, data related functions) – advanced level • Data analysis and data interpretation skills • Understanding and or working knowledge of relational databases • Experience in financial or data analysis • Experience with QlikSense would be an advantage Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2300 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
