Skillset For Consultant:

Mandatory:

• Strong working knowledge of databases with relevant certifications
• Good understanding of security standards and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of database management (Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL are plus)
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• 5+ years’ experience in business-critical databases management.
• Hands-on database tuning and troubleshooting experience.
• Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes and test driven development
• Experience with data analysis
• Experience in architecture and providing technical leadership to large and complex systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Be able to work with team members located in multiple geographies

Nice to Have:

• Exposure and practice with any or all of the following is a plus:

ü Remedy

ü Jenkins

ü ITIL

ü CMM

ü Agile

ü Scrum, and Kanban.
