Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the database to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the database, including configuration management, upgrade, capacity expansion, backup, data migration, disaster recovery and management.

• Responsible for database cluster monitoring, fault response, problem tracking and performance analysis.

• Develop database design and development specifications.

• According to business requirements, improve database architecture, implement database cluster and load balancing scheme.

• Other daily work of DBA.

Qualification & Requirements

• 3-5 years working experience as database administrator, cet-4 or above.

• Familiar with the architecture and operation mechanism of Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB database, as well as the design method of high-availability and high-performance architecture, and able to deploy and maintain the high-availability/disaster recovery scheme of database.

• Experience with Oracle data migration to MySQL.

• Rich experience in database performance optimization and fault handling, able to quickly analyze and solve problems.

• Familiar with Linux operating system, shell programming, Python is preferred.

• Self-motivated, responsible, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, love to learn, initiative, can work under pressure.

• Oracle, MySQL and other database related certificates are preferred.

• Experience in database encryption and memory database is preferred.

• Working experience in foreign company is preferred.

• 负责数据库日常运维操作,确保数据库高效稳定运行，包括配置管理、升级、扩容、备份、数据迁移、灾难恢复和管理等工作。

• 负责数据库集群监控、故障响应、问题跟踪及性能分析处理。

• 制定数据库设计和开发规范。

• 根据业务需求，改进数据库架构，实施数据库集群与负载均衡方案。

• 其他DBA日常工作事项

任职要求

• 3-5年数据库管理员相关工作经验，英语CET-4及以上

• 熟悉Oracle、MySQL、MongoDB数据库的体系结构与运行机制，以及高可用、高性能架构设计方法，并能进行数据库高可用/容灾方案的部署、维护

• 有Oracle向MySQL数据迁移相关经验

• 丰富的数据库性能优化与故障处理经验，能快速分析、解决问题

• 熟悉Linux操作系统，shell编程，熟悉Python更佳

• 上进，有责任心，良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，热爱学习，做事积极主动，能承受工作压力。

• 有Oracle、MySQL等数据库相关证书者优先

• 对数据库加密及内存数据库有实践经验者优先

• 有外企工作经验者优先
