About Human Pharmaceutical Business
With global presence, Boehringer Ingelheim has industry-leading expertise in medicine research and development. Job Responsibilities
- In-depth understanding of regulation and ensuring the export activities meet the requirements of Chinese law headquarter regulations
- 100% compliance
- Weekly analysing the regulations update
- Analyzing the regulations’ impact on the existing business
- Understanding new business stakeholders’ requirements, and combining regulations to deliver analysis and solutions
- Regularly organizing and leading the review and audit of existing business
- Coordinating and dealing with the emergencies, and optimizing and developing them afterwards
- Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and the government
- Supporting company’s daily business and consulting
- Setting effective KPI management mechanism with Customs affairs supervisor
- Analysing and reviewing vendors’ business capabilities via KPI
- Regularly review vendors list and renewing the contracts
- Good communication with governance
- Coordinating with auditing resources, tasks, and participants to finish headquarter audit, internal audit regarding the customs affairs and government audit
- Finishing and annual risk assessment from the headquarter
- Internal auditing regarding the customs affairs and generating reports
- Finishing various kinds of governmental audit and inspections
- Ensuring the above audit have no serious finding
- Implementing and improvement program of existing business
- Launching and implementing change targeting the new regulations; making the business more effective and compliant
Qualifications
- Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree or above
- Language skills & proficiency: Fluent English and Chinese
- At least 3 years of experience of handling Customs affairs especially 1 or 2 years of experience of processing trade
- At least 2 years of experience of exporting and trading regulations control
- Sufficient experience of team management
