Job scope
Part of a team of customization Program managers working across with public of private sector customers from APJ to enable setup and shipment from HP factories of customized HP PC to customers’ specific needs.
As Project program manager, interface sales/customers to receive technical customization requirements & drive the downstream activities for enabling the manufacturing of these deals through setup of capabilities & process.
Understand customers’ needs & environment well to recommend /advice customers on possible configuration capabilities that HP has & supports hp sales/marketing growth plans in HW & factory services.
Drive aggressively on setting up to needed SLA and quality levels to meet pre-determined quality and setup time of projects.
Drive coordination with internal partners to resolve issues if they arise to meet key performance indicators.
Skills setup Requirements
Ability to communicate well both written and spoken in English in addition to Chinese.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize & juggle multiple work tasks simultaneously to achieve goals & deliver results.
Strong and clear communication ability to communicate thoughts and ideas well.
Experience in analytic and troubleshooting with ability to show past scenarios where these were demonstrated.
Able to be flexible in working Australia and China time zones.
Understand root cause analysis & preventive methology.
Demonstrate in past experiences on being very careful and meticulous on work details.
Independent & Mature in thinking and able to work well with others in the team, process focused.
Good business sense to make right decision focused not just on speed of responses but also on quality.
Shows deep sense of responsibility and had demonstrated ability to be self-motivated from past experiences.
