Job Descriptions:
Handle customer enquiries and services request through e-mail and phone
Process and confirm shipment orders information
Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
Handle and resolve customers’ complaints
Prepare ad-hoc assignment from time to time assigned by manager
Requirements:
At least 5 years of customer services experience (candidates with freight forwarding or sales support experience will be advantage)
Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel
High adaptability to dynamic environment
High threshold for paperwork
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, well-organized team player with strong communication skills
