Job Description
Your Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist in Sales Operations team will assist in executing the Sales, Service and Distributor programs to achieve strategic and financial objectives for APAC Sales and Service Team.
- Responsible for interfacing with Distributors (Master, T1, T2), Sales and Service on Daily Order Management, to ensure complete customer satisfaction as well as to meet Sales and Service targets and quality operation metrics.
- Coordinating with various functions (Sales, Manufacturer, Logistics, Finance, Service, Regulatory and Quality Assurance etc.) within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, in compliance with company policy.
- Following Price Policy and Special Price Request. Managing Inventory/Safety Stock Level.
- CRM (Salesforce.com) Daily Management. Helping with SAP system launching.
- Participating in Bids and Tenders (B&T) Process – this includes, e.g., requirement assessment and liaising with Legal, Tax/Financial, Compliance/Process to gather required documentation to participate, work with Sales to submit tenders.
- Channel Partner Screening and Data Gathering/Mining.
Our Needs
Here’s what we’ll need from you:
- A recognized College Degree
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales/Service Operation, Order Management, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, ideally with Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
- Successful experience in Distribution Business Operation, Bids & Tenders.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools. SAP and Salesforce.com are preferred.
- Fluent Chinese & English is must. Native Korean language is plus.
