As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for internal and external customer product, services and tools support, order assistance, or payment-related assistance for an assigned area. Providing improvement input to customer support process and related definitions and implementation and executing tasks to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and superior customer satisfaction, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will demonstrate a proactive approach and ensures that customers are consistently delighted with every interaction. Prioritizing work according to defined criteria, to ensure customer satisfaction and fast issue resolution.

Your responsibilities

  • Being responsible for communication and agreement with LSUs on yearly budget target at supply side. Keeping monthly communication and review with them for the achievements
  • Making forecast for monthly order and revenue plan with LSUs, self-estimate for those LSUs can’t provide fc. Providing the forecast to order handling responsible colleague to consolidate, then to P&F for materials purchase reference and decision
  • Helping to collect market requirement and competitor information to PMs for their new product development evaluation
  • Introducing new products to LSUs, communicate LEB orders, set TP, business plan and launch plan with Product managers. Push LEB orders landed, and delivery as planned
  • Customizing orders communication externally with LSUs (special request, price, delivery schedule etc.)
  • Communicating and supporting with sales inquiries, order questions, commercial and delivery issues and others via phone calls, e-mails, teams meeting etc. (Inco-term, payment term, prices, delivery date, new customer account setup etc.) for assigned countries
  • Assisting EDIs/RDCs setup in assigned countries (provide cost, TP and margin discussion and agreement, provide Pricat etc.)
  • Regular update Pricat (incl. TP, product code, EAN code, Custom tariff Number, MOQ, packing information, life cycle etc.), uploaded on SharePoint and send to ASM and pricing team

Your background

  • 3 to 5 years of related working experience
  • Using a variety of different selling approaches and skills and has a strong sales drive and sales process orientated thinking
  • Sound knowledge of the main commercial terms and risks, values business ethics & compliance and integrity principles
  • Knowledge of Market and Business Intelligence
  • Building long term customer relationships and is customer orientated
  • A bachelor degree or above
  • Fluency in English communication skill.
  • Must be a good team player and customer oriented
