As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and handling sales orders & variations in SAP, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will follow up the payment status closely for timely collection to meet the company target.

Your responsibilities

  • Receiving and handling sales orders & variation in SAP
  • Reviewing OBL and pushing the customer to clear finish goods
  • Recognizing revenue based on sales orders terms and delivery status
  • Following up the payment status closely for timely collection to meet company target
  • Cooperating between the company and ELDS Export team for sales orders’ execution related issues
  • Completing the other working issue assigned by the commercial team and manager

Your background

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Commercial, international trade.
  • CET-4, ability to use written English as a working language, fluent in oral English is preferred
  • Ability to study quickly
  • 8 working hours per day
