As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for contract management and ensure to achieve business target, in Electrification Business Area in China.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will control account receivable and reduce overdue.
Your responsibilities
- Verifying the customer's contract terms before contract signed
- Helping sales on the analysis of the risk exposure in the contract
- Knowing company policy and control order handling process
- Inputing contract information in SAP timely and accurately
- Confirming delivery plan with customre before production
- Controlling account receivable and reduce overdue
- Coordinating with relevant department and customer to reduce finish goods and solve customer’s complain
- Achieving business target
Your background
- Experience in international trade/contract management in manufacture is preferred
- Sound knowledge on contract law/terms and conditions, and basic financial knowledge, good competency of international trade, ERP & MS office skill
- A bachelor’s degree, major in international trade, contract law
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit
- Has a positive progressive attitude and can work under pressure
