How will you help shape the future with us? In your new role as Customer Success Officer, you - in close cooperation with the leadership team - coordinate the operations and future growth of Siemens Advanta Consulting You are responsible in ensuring readiness and orchestrating the regular strategy review for Consulting In alignment with the organization you independently identify key development areas to achieve a healthy pipeline, winning business and oversee aspects relating to staffing Together with the Consulting management you facilitate the implementation of governance and rules of engagement within the consulting team and support functions You successfully steer initiatives across the organization and drive cross teams to complete projects and milestones You coordinate the annual strategy process and aggregation of our strategy document You provide support in navigating major contracting challenges in collaboration with Legal, Limits of Authority process, Tax, etc. You support the escalation and the Limits of Authority process Use your skills to move the world forward. You bring at least 8+ years of experience in steering strategic, operating effectiveness and excellence within professional services, consulting or IT services. Outstanding University or/and advanced degree in strategy, business management, engineering, similar. Basic understanding and experience in commercial processes, controlling and reporting. You are assertive and proactive with analytical capabilities which enable you to translate complexity and challenges into actionable solutions. You love to dive deep and have a strong drive towards creating tangible results, even under the high uncertainty of a rapid growth environment You have a “can-do” mentality, and a high motivation to resolve problems rather than to over-analyze them Understanding the customer journey: Anticipating what digitalization means for our customers and proactively developing solutions Ability to present at C-level, as well as build informal professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels.
