Job Description

Job Description:

- Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services and improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
- Build sales funnel and manage sales forecast of STEM education business
- Facilitate online & offline business operation and provide support to customers with the goal to keep customer satisfied which include but not limited to course registration assistance to parents, pre-lesson delivery, guidance to parents for software installation facilitation
- Achieve assigned annual sales quota

Skills & Requirements

- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Good at communication and sharing
- General knowledge of customer service practices
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ambitious, aggressive and patient
