    APJ Marketing Business Services Center is an operation team to support BU Marketing Closed Loop Sales and Marketing flow. The team charge for marketing campaign creation, budget allocation, purchase order submission, target customer extraction, import responses and assign potential opportunities to sales team, covering services to all APJ countries. Meanwhile support HP Inc. product datasheet and marketing message for campaign promotion, maintain product content publishing on HP.com.

    If you are our Marketing Services Operator in China, you will have a chance to

  • Support on HP products publish for all APJ countries, including the product marketing message, tech spec information, accessory collection and care pack bundle.
  • Entry accurate product information into PRISM via BOM system to ensure the product timely publish on HP channel, direct sales system and online store.
  • Process and entry data accurately and timely for marketing campaign performance
  • Engage with Campaign/Category manager timely for request clarification
  • Handle requester operation query via email and phone call
  • Offer solutions for campaign managers and enhancement service experience
  • Create regular governance report to make sure data entry accuracy to support marketing and sales teams

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • +3 year working experience in operations as senior operator, priority on candidates with sales and Marketing background
  • Good business service sense, comprehensive problem solving spirit and capability
  • Excellent communication skill and team work spirit
  • Good analysis, summary and reporting skills
  • English: CET-6 above, Advanced level of speaking, reading, writing and listening. Participate in conference calls with APJ countries frequently.
  • Master Office software, e.g: Excel, PPT, Outlook etc.
  • Self motivation also can motivate team members in necessary situations.
