Responsibilities:
- Carry out operations in Concierge Team
- Assist in handling residents' enquiries
- Provide quality service support to residents which adhere to company's service standard
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in customer services field, hotel experience preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), other foreign languages is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
- Working location: Beacon Hill
