1) Responsible for sales order fulfilment, includes contract coordination, order entry, credit issue, customer payment confirm.

2) Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and internal plant personnel to ensure the delivery date meets request and schedule shipments delivery, follow up the delivery status.

与第三方物流及工厂人员协调确保货期，安排货物交付，跟踪运输状态。

3) Verify 3rd party logistics charglist about customer freight and arrange payment timely according to the payment term.

核对第三方物流的运费账单，并依据付款条件及时安排付款。

4) Handle 400 phone call and other communication methods, and maintain the request and customer complaint record and send to the related department, and follow up the solving status.

处理接听400电话及其他与客户沟通的联系渠道，维护需求与客户投诉记录，提交给相关部门并跟进解决状况。

5) Collect sales forecast and submit for material planning by monthly cycle, and work closely with regional sales managers to improve forecast.

每月收集销售预测并提交给物料计划，与区域销售经理紧密合作提高预测准确率。

6) Provide essential support to sales team.

提供销售团队必要的支持。

7) Timely maintain customer master data and ensure the data accuracy.

及时维护客户主数据并确保数据准确性。

8) Other duties assigned as required.

Qualifications:

任职资格：

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Trading or equivalent.

工商管理，供应链，物流，贸易或同等学历学士学位。

• At least 3 years solid working experience in supply chain department in multinational company, with strong knowledge in customer service and logistics.

至少三年在跨国公司供应链部门的工作经验，具备扎实的客户服务或物流认知。

• Good command of computer skills, master Microsoft-Office.

具有良好的计算机操作技能，掌握 Office工具。

• Be familiar with MRP system, experience in using Yonyou U8 will be preferred.

熟悉MRP系统，对用友U8使用有经验的优先考虑。

• Data analysis capabilities.

具有数据分析能力。

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both in Chinese and fluent in English.

具有优秀人际关系技巧和沟通技巧，中英文流利表达。

• Proactive, positive and able to work independently.

积极主动，积极进取 ，能够独立完成工作。
