Job duties:
- Handle telecom invoice;
- Handle customer services order and administration work;
- Handle urgent maintenance;
- Preform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in any disciplines;
- Minimum 1 year related work experience preferably in Telecommunication / Engineering industry;
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized and self-motivated;
- Proficient in Microsoft office including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer;
- Immediate
availability is highly preferred.
