Job duties:

• Handle telecom invoice;
• Handle customer services order and administration work;
• Handle urgent maintenance;
• Preform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferably in Telecommunication / Engineering industry;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, well-organized and self-motivated;
• Proficient in Microsoft office including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
