Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organizing, implementing marketing events, promotion activities, CRM Programme, joint promotion, social media content & promotions, etc
- Manage, develop and execute internal & external communication collaterals
- Work closely with internal and external parties for shopping malls promotion
- Assist to monitor the Customer Service Desk’s daily operations and handle customers enquiries/complaints if necessary
- Provide admin support to Management Office
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Working location : Kowloon City
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or other related discipline;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Property Management or retail industry;
- Solid experience in supervising front line staff and liaising with tenants and customers;
- Any previous work experience at a Shopping Mall will be an additional advantage;
- Strong CRM programme, website CMS and social media knowledge;
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
