Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening and related procedures;
• Providing high quality service to our customers and help resolve their queries
• Create and maintain good relationship with both existing and potential clients;
• Listening to our customers, understand their needs and offer relevant products, services and solutions
• Achieving individual performance expectations and development
• Maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirement & Qualification:

• Degree holder with 1-2 years working experience in customer services, preferably in the fields of banking and finance;
• Proactive, customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Holder of SFC Type 1 & 2 licenses is preferred but not a must;
• Fluency in Putonghua and good command of English and Chinese;
• Native Putonghua speaker is an advantage;
• Fresh university graduates will also be welcomed.
