In order to support the successful expansion of the bank and the further development of the Banking Department, Bank of China Limited, Luxembourg Branch is looking for a Customer Services Officer. The successful candidate will conduct the day-to-day counter operational work, provide high quality services to customers and the other departments. The position holder will also control and mitigate operational risk to make sure the daily work complies with Legal Compliance request, while encouraging strong team spirit and developing the desire to make a lasting career. 

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

·       Conducts the day-to-day counter operational work.

·       Contacts with the clients, updating the clients KYC information on a regular basis, preserving the information in proper way.

·       Receives and replies customers’ call, arranging for customer’s business appointment.

·       Follows business regulation and amount limit stipulated by the regulations of the Bank, including AML, CDD and KYC policy.

·       Assists with the preparation of statistical, monthly reports, anti-money laundering, Internal Audit requirement/Compliance requirement reports.

·       Performs any other tasks assigned by the Bank/Department.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

·       Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management or Business Related Studies

·       At least 3 years of total work experience is required, with more than 2 years of working experience in the banking sector is essential.

·       Excellent knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory, French is as an asset 

·       Good knowledge of the banking environment

·       Customer service oriented and pay great attention to quality, efficiency and accuracy of work
