Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer services at high-quality residential development
  • Handle customers' enquires
  • Build and maintain good relationships with tenants
  • Assist supervisor in handling customer services and daily management support including concierge service, monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning etc
  • Responsible for handling the handover & takeback of units
  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are maintained

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Property / Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 4 is preferred
  • 1 - 2 years customer service experience with frontline customer interaction, experience in the Hospitality / Property Management industry would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates in Hospitality / Business Administration or related disciplines will be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural backgrounds
  • Uniform is required

Working hours:

  • 6 days work
  • Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Alternative Saturday Off
  • Shift duty is required (if necessary)
