Job Description
Full Support to Customers and Engineers on Installation (INS), service order, PO, Finance, Logistic and Purchase Request in responsible region timely and accurately, fulfill cross back up within customer support team.
Responsibilities

Full support to Customer:
  • 400 Call pick up
  • Creation and maintain customer information, instrument information and service order in CRM timely
  • Creating service order in CRM upon customer call / E-mail
  • Pass customer request to first regional engineer or manager within 30 minutes after customer call
  • Dispatching Service order to regional engineer or manager`s job assignment, make sure customer receive E-mailing
  • Stock output and collection of part after service
  • Customer satisfaction survey after service

Full support to Engineer:
  • Arranging transportation of tools for installation
  • Order, delivery and installation by vendor of Local supply goods,
  • CRM order monitoring and reminder to engineer

SAP Order:
  • Quotation to customer
  • Validation of quotation of contract
  • Sales order creation
  • Purchase order and shipment following
  • OD and invoice

Qualifications
  • Bachelor`s degree or above in international business, electronic engineering, Science or Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 to 5 years working experience in customer service field, experience with high-technology instrument company stay priority
  • Ability and strong will to undertake responsibility
  • Be familiar with SAP or ERP or CRM system
  • Strong learning capability and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good English skill in written and reading
