Their branch offering lighting products and fixtures is a European organization specialized in designing and engineering lighting solutions for Luxury Brands, Retail Chains, Hospitality, Tertiary & Leisure. Their Products are lighting vehicles conceived to create Luxury atmospheres. Their R&D & Production teams monitor the assembly and testing of products in their state of art factory, while they integrate high quality electronic components from Japan, Korea & Taiwan.

Responsibility

1. Suppliers Follow up采购?持

? Follow order processing跟进采购订单执?情况

? Packing and shipping processing 包装和运输处理

? Update and maintain orders and back orders monitoring chart制作维护销售订单执?进度

? Stock monitoring 库存监控

? Follow new product development, if any 跟进新产品开发的进度

2. Sales Support销售?持

? Customer & Supplier Orders processing & follow up跟进销售订单执?情况

? International Customer Service 外籍客户的服务

3. Accounting support财务?持

? Prepare or instruct preparation of accounting documents (PO/PI/Invoices etc.) 开具所有财务票据

? Responsible for the filing of documents 负责各种票据整理

? Record a voucher for each transaction 保存所有交易单据

4. Administration ?政管理

? Daily office administrative procedure & operations各项?政事宜

? Assist the CEO in any required administrative task总裁交代的各项?作

5. Reporting and Co-ordination 汇报及协调

? All responsibilities are to be done according to the company policy and in co-ordination with the company management. 保证公司所有活动符合公司政策

Requirement

? Higher Diploma or above

? At least 1-year experience. Experience in the lighting industry is a mandatory.

? Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop)

? Personal qualities required: Proactive, Rigorous, Organized, Multi tasks, Good communication skills, team player, Reliable and hardworking

? Fluent in Chinese and English is mandatory.
