Job Description
望牛墩镇

1. Responsible for all functions of relevant customer communications in terms of order status.

2. Respond relevant customers’ requests or questions in a timely manner, communicate without errors or misunderstandings.

3. Communicate relevant customers’ information efficiently within the organization to ensure we satisfy customer demand by producing the required quality in time and at lowest costs.

a. Order checking and confirmation, shipping plan control;

b. MMFC and actual sales, deviation and analysis;

c. Customers' forecast confirmation, open order review;

d. Customers' information maintenance and update (Customer contact list / sales price/payment terms/delivery terms/other question etc.);

e. Customers' payment tracking (includes TCC) and escalate to KAM;

f. Actual Shipping (Make deliveries/invoice, shipping documents to customer),shipping tracking;

g. Weekly sales and customer report; h. Customer satisfaction survey.

4. Handling relevant customers’ orders and deliveries in SD module of SAP.

5. Yearly sales/9MFC/6MFC/3MFC, deviation and analysis

6. Create and maintenance relevant paper work.

Job Specification

1. English, trading or economic or related subject college or above education;

2. 2 years’ experience working for international enterprise and worked in similar fields;

3. Practical experience in communicating with foreign (English speaking) customers at work;

4. Have SAP SD module experience;

5. Enthusiastic, proactive, carefulness, organized, analytical, result oriented and customer orientated mind;

6. Good English both in oral and written;

7. Be proficient in MS-Office and office equipment operating
