Job Descriptions:-

1. Follow up customer creation process, update customer file to ensure latest commercial information on hand & price master data,provide official quotation.

2. Coordinate with Finance for commercial terms verification approval, contract review, rebate and goods return &replace issue.

3. Follow up delivery order and keep regular contact with logistic to arrange shipment and solve problem on any related issues occurring during the process. Update and provide delivery status from logistic to commercial and customers.

4. Cross-departmental communication with FRA, SCM, QA etc. on distribution management issues.

5. Follow-up payment behavior of the customer and inform Sales team to ensure on-time payment.

6. Update & maintain price master data,provide official quotation to sales team.

7. Provide routine reports timely and accurately with data analysis for management .

8. Ensure customer service is delivered according to Guidelines and agreed KPIs in order to improve commercial position.


Job Requirement:-

1. Bachelor Degree and above in logistics, trade, economy and other related field

2. At least 8 years of customer service related experiences, preferably in manufacturing.

3. Knowledge of shipping terms, payment terms/customers regulations.

4. Good English & communication skill, good team player and strong customer-oriented mindset.

5. Be familiar with Kingdee system or other ERP system.
