Main duties / Principal accountabilities:
Order Management & Fulfillment Process follow up in company order processing system Navision, including purchase orders from international and domestic sales orders
通过公司的ERP系统进行订单管理和执行情况的追踪, 包括对产品的进口采购订单和国内的销售订单
Coordinate with shipping to ensure On Time Delivery.
通过和国内外运输部门的协调工作确保货物的及时到达
Follow business rules, service guidelines, verify order price in system
根据公司的管理规则和条款, 确认和证实产品的系统价格
Responds customer inquiries, return requests and complaints
及时回复客户询问,退货和投诉处理
Other tasks from manager or supervisor
经理或主管安排的其他任务
Requirements:
Strong, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with customers
自信良好的客户协商能力
Good communication skills; Strong service mindset; Strong inter-personal skills; Good team player

Good computer skills,Good written and verbal English language skills
