Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

1. Keep good communication with customers and build up trust relationship with them; Act as “liaison” between plant personnel and the customer; As customer representation, give the customer requirement ,coordinate with related department to meet the requirement of customer.

与客户保持良好的沟通,且建立互信;同时充当工厂与客户之间“联络员”的角色;作为客户代表,对内部提出客户要求,协调内部满足客户需求

2. Termly get and review the customer's sales forecast, communicate with customer the gap between the last time and achieve the same decision; then update forecasts in QAD;

定期取得客户的预测并比较预测之间的差异,与客户取得一致后,更新到QAD系统中

3. Monitor the daily order process, follow up the exception orders;

监控每天订单的完成状况,特别关注比较异常的订单

4. Making the daily shipping plan and tracking the status of delivery to customer;

制定日出货计划,并且跟踪到货的状况

5. Be rapidly responsible for customer's non-quality complaints;

快速响应客户非质量方面的抱怨

6. Cooperate with sales & Finance to do the quotation and price negotiation together

协同销售部和财务部一同进行报价以及价格谈判

7. Be responsible for customer's inquiries/cancellation/urgent order requirements and commitment;

负责客户取消和紧急订单需求的回复

8. Work with outside packager to ensure timely shipment for aftermarket accounts; Assist with physical inventory at outside warehouse

协助外仓人员确保货物的及时出运, 协助外仓人员的盘点

9. Providing shipping documents to customer in time

及时提供清关文件给客户

10. Making sales reports ,Preparing billing documents and account receivable, check with customer, tracking the customer payment and warning the over due to finance

制作销售报表,准备应收帐款清单并同客户核对,跟踪客户付款情况,过期的应收帐款应及时向财务预警

11. Deal with other tasks assigned.

KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求

1. Good PC skills, including Excel, word, power point and etc.

2. Fluent written and oral English.

3. Be dedicated and patient.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

1. Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in customer service, administrative assistant or appropriate manufacturing role

2. Bachelor in commercial science or related.

3. 2-3 years work experience in related area with SCM or Sales support background.
