Customer Service Specialist
1.Overall Purpose
To discharge the daily operation of customer service in an effective manner.
2.Dimensions
Scope of Service: Shenzhen and all Guangdong & Hong Kong loading ports.
3.Key Accountabilities (Priority and Percentage)
Issuing booking sheet to clients accurately & timely. (60%)
Handle enquires from customers/offices/agents to smooth the work flow. (25%)
Feeder & equipment arrangement for cargo routing via Hong Kong or Shenzhen hub with owned system and 3rd party carriage (10%)
Report issuing as customers’ enquires/internal office. (5%)

Internal – response to all of departments in Shenzhen and overseas offices
External – External Customers
– Ship agency
– Local vendors, feeder and trucking companies

Set the priority for meet the request of customers
Local cost control & cost savings

5. Competencies (Knowledge, skills and attributes)
- Good communication skill and customer oriented;
- Good telephone manner;
- Willing to learn;
- Responsible and able to work independently under pressure;
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin and Cantonese;
- Good Knowledge of MS office
6. Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Degree Holder.
- CET 4 or above.
