POSITION

Chinese Customer Service & In House Sales Rep.

Station in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for serving Customers (*) by providing products and service information; resolving products and service problems and handling cargo, feedback to customers all their requirement.
• Bridge between Customers (*) and own Operations to handle export and import shipment.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Address Customer inquiries & concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up.

(*)

Chinese Freight Forwarders in China or other overseas who have no branch office in Vietnam.

• 负责为客户提供产品和服务信息，解决产品和服务问题，处理货物，向客户反馈所有要求。
• 客户和自己的业务部门之间的桥梁，以处理进出口货物。
• 开发新的商业机会。
• 解决客户的问题。
• 与内部部门协调并跟进。

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer Service product knowledge
• Forwarding Background. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Understand customer for problem solving
• Fluent in English (Vietnamese is a plus)

i.e. Good at English or Vietnamese communication (Speaking & Writing)

• Market Knowledge / Strong Computer, Document Skills / Listening, Phone Skills / Communication Skills
• Should be no disqualification issue for Vietnamese Work Permit & Visa

• 英语流利（越南语优先）。

即擅长英语或越南语沟通（口语和写作）

• 市场知识/较强的计算机、文档技能/听力、电话技能/沟通技能。
