Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and sales support 
  • Handle inquiries and complaints
  • Coordinate job arrangements with technicians, liaise with HQ for technical support
  • Input data, repair part planning and update service reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments if any 

Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Degree in Electronic or related disciplines (will consider Higher Diploma/Diploma/Certificate holders)  
  • 1-3 years of experience and good knowledge in customer services/sales
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in PC knowledge such as MS office, POS/SAP system(preferred)
  • Proactive, easygoing, client-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently

 

Working Hour

  •  (Mon - Fri) 11am – 8pm; (Sat) 1pm – 6pm
