This position provides is a key point of contact between customers and FMC to ensure goods are delivered per customer requested time and quantity.

Job Description职责描述

• Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customer utilizing the organizations internal SAP system.
• Initiates required actions for response to order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicate the changes to appropriate department/person.
• Resolves all order related issues including credit block, supply allocation, pricing etc. Ensures sufficient authorizations are obtained and documented.
• Follow up and monitor customer’s overdues and escalate to sales forces when necessary.
• Support sales force to check and archive distributorship agreements, ensuring the contracted terms in line with FMC standard sales policy.
• Executes rebate settlement timely and accurately
• Customer visits or business trip may required occasionally.

Job Requirements职位要求:

Education教育背景：

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience工作经验 :

• SAP experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Mandarin and basic English language skills.
