Day to Day Responsibilities:

Work with Sales and Oversea Plants, follow up customer order shipment and payment

Boned warehouse management

Apply samples and handle RMA

Take care complaints and Vessel insurance claim

Monthly sales report

Support for Seminar and Exhibition

Other projects as needed

Education & Experience

Bachelor degree, prefer major in English or International trade related

Pharmaceutical glass package industry background is preferred

3+ years working experience as CSR in commercial team

Good English communication skill in verbal and writing

Required Skills

Good at English writing and email communication, can speak fluently

Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm

Familiar to use office software_ Excel, Word and Power point
