Job Description

Responsibilities:

As Customer Service Representative at KMA you are working closely with our Sales Representatives and Project Leaders throughout the sales and project process by

  • writing/translating and keeping track of proposals according to project definitions
  • creating sales orders from proposals
  • following up on payments and invoices
  • monitoring of delivery dates and shipment notification
  • handling of import procedures and shipment to customers
  • keeping regular contact with customer and offering after market services for all installed equipment
  • assuring proper and logic filing of relevant project documents
  • updating customer and equipment database
  • answering and forwarding incoming calls
  • arranging travel and hotel bookings for Sales Representatives as well as our Assembly Team


Requirements:

  • Educational background in business administration or logistics with work experience in Customer Service or Logistics Department
  • Open and friendly personality with strong English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • High degree of service commitment and customer orientation
  • High level of time management and organisation with attention to detail
  • Good office software skills
  • Formal, professional, self-confident appearance
  • High level of commitment
  • Collaborative working style
