Job Description
Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Representative at KMA you are working closely with our Sales Representatives and Project Leaders throughout the sales and project process by
- writing/translating and keeping track of proposals according to project definitions
- creating sales orders from proposals
- following up on payments and invoices
- monitoring of delivery dates and shipment notification
- handling of import procedures and shipment to customers
- keeping regular contact with customer and offering after market services for all installed equipment
- assuring proper and logic filing of relevant project documents
- updating customer and equipment database
- answering and forwarding incoming calls
- arranging travel and hotel bookings for Sales Representatives as well as our Assembly Team
Requirements:
- Educational background in business administration or logistics with work experience in Customer Service or Logistics Department
- Open and friendly personality with strong English and Chinese communication skills (both written and spoken)
- High degree of service commitment and customer orientation
- High level of time management and organisation with attention to detail
- Good office software skills
- Formal, professional, self-confident appearance
- High level of commitment
- Collaborative working style
