Job Description
Statement of Work:
1. Provide query respond to customers and stakeholders independently of the arriving channel chosen for both operations Passenger and Cargo.
2. Execute the Customer Service processes in accordance to the global SOP.
3. Complete some operational activities such as call center support, refunds management and payment discrepancies follow up etc.
4. In charge of the timely execution of operational communications to the market.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
