Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for all activities related to customer services and administrative support in China & Southeast Asia to ensure a high standard of customer’s satisfaction is maintained.

Responsibility/Duty

  • Manage import products for China & Southeast Asia, process customer’s orders, prepare sales confirmation, confirm price, send timely shipping schedule to both of customer and sales team. Communicate with USA/UK CSR regarding shipping schedules and customer needs, provide service and solutions for logistic issues.

  • Support to resolve customer complaints.

  • Follow-up on customer overdue payments and communicate status with Ingevity financial department.

  • Send sales reports as needed. Supply accurate reports, sales analysis, and

    documents to sales staff as required.

  • Professional attitude when dealing with customers either during visits, on phone calls, or by email.

  • Frequent communicate with USA/UK CSR to maintain good relationships.

  • Support Ingevity China team to achieve the business objectives.

  • Good communication and cross corporation with all related department in Shanghai and US/UK.

  • Any Ad hoc assignment designated by line manager.


Qualification

  • Minimum of 3-5 Years working experience in customer service gained with multi-national companies. Be familiar with International business process. SAP experience is preferred.

  • University graduate with international trade major is preferred.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Be hard-working and can work under pressure

  • Be responsible. Mature, energetic, attentive, well organized and customer-oriented.

  • Good communication both in English and Mandarin.

  • Willing to work under pressure
