Job Description
Job responsibilities
1, overseas business small language service line quality inspection, is responsible for through the inspection of customer service daily work records, dig service process risks and process rules and other aspects of the problem; 2, according to the inspection, output quality inspection report, put forward the optimization and improvement of the process rules and products proposed; for customer service representatives of the norms of the implementation of the service skills and service issues, coaching or training;
3、Responsible for the quality improvement measures of the effect of inspection, timely feedback effect of the inspection.
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, native speaker of any of the following languages: ① English ② Azerbaijani ③ Georgian ④ Romanian ⑤ Portuguese ⑥ Spanish
2, have customer service quality inspection related experience, Internet e-commerce industry is preferred;
3, with strong problem analysis ability, summarize the ability to summarize, communication and expression ability and insight;
4, do things fairly and objectively, strong principles and sense of responsibility.
