Job Description

Role purpose: This position is to provide the sales administrative support to sales managers, to coordinate external customers and internal stakeholders (including production, logistics, and other related departments) to achieve sales target through professional, efficient and cost effective method.

该职位为销售人员提供行政支持。通过专业、高效和节约成本的方式协调外部客户和内部各相关部门的合作,以实现销售目标。

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for order fulfillment and transportation follow up

负责销售订单处理和货运的跟进工作

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers for order production and transportation

协调客户的订单生产及货运安排

  • Handle documentation

相关单证的整理与制作

  • Follow up customers’ payment status

跟进货款情况

  • Carry out other duties as required

按需履行其它相关职责

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in International Trade or English.

国贸或英语专业,本科以上学历

  • Good knowledge of international trade workflow, laws and regulations

熟悉贸易进出口工作流程及相关法律法规,熟练掌握国际贸易业务知识和技能

  • Good language skill both in Mandarin and English

良好的中英文表达能力

  • Proactive working attitude, good communication skills and teamwork spirit

积极主动的工作态度,良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神

  • Having related working experience is preferred

有相关工作经验者优先
