Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services to our customers ;
• Handle customers' enquires and complaints ;
• Prepare reports and conduct survey.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above ;
• Min. 2 year experiences in customer services experience especially in logistics and ecommerce experience ;
• Good interpersonal, communications and telephone handling skills ;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient computer literature and familiar with MS Words and MS Excel.

Location : Tin Shui Wai (Lau Fau Shan)
