Daily operation

• One window customer services for key clients cover all processes of files and communications.
• Maintaining good customer satisfaction, solving problems throughout whole service processes covering coordination, conformity review, testing and commercial and all services.
• Identification and facilitation of sales opportunity for new programs.
• Maintaining current client and business, Ensure wellbeing of the program, Verification of the documents from the customers according to VOC guideline and procedures.
• Organizing file for inspection and verify Inspection Report from PIC.
• Ensuring consistent application of all latest VOC procedures and requirements
• Ensuring clear communication to all internal and external interfaces
• Processing and filing all necessary information, materials, documents in area of responsibility.
• Suggestion for optimizing the procedure to line manager and
• Continuously improvement on efficiency
• Acquisition and report of VOC information and knowledge from the market,

Experience training and sharing

• Constant learning and maintaining excellent knowledge and experience of VOC technical knowledge.
• Contribution to the technical development of VOC, by study and sharing knowledge of standards, regulations, products, and testing lab etc.
• Assisting the line manager to arrange training of tech team

Documentation and report

• Daily case report of complaints, appraisal, lost, opportunity of key clients.
• Preparing monthly/special reports/statistics of his/her assigned filed, like invoice, certificates, revenue, inspection arrangement etc.

Communication and service quality

• Coordinating with related parties (LO, HO, overseas and domestic PICs, exporters, importers etc.) to ensure correct information provided and obtained;
• Ensuring clear and factual communication to all internal and external interfaces

Job Requirements/Qualification
