Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leasing and administration works including preparation of lease offer, tenancy agreement, rental payment and hotel reservations

• Assist in new tenancy liaison and renewal negotiation

• Monitor and control the outstanding issues on rents and management fees

• Handle all enquiries of leasing and complaints from tenants and hotel guests

• Handle property and hotel management issues including fitting-out and maintenance co-ordination

• Co-ordinate with tenants/agents for site handover and inspection

• Handling guests' check-in, check-out, reservations and telephone enquires

• Perform other ad-hoc duties
