Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service and inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain good relationship with premier customers
  • Other ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 / Certificate or above
  • Experience in IT support is desirable
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer-oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
