Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening and related procedures;
• Follow up with clients on outstanding account opening issues;
• Handle inbound enquiries in an efficient & professional manner;
• Create and maintain good relationship with both existing and potential clients;
• Support clients and Dealing Team to execute trading orders of Hong Kong/others stocks markets;
• Handle trade settlement in a professional manner;
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement & Qualification:

• Post-secondary education with 1-2 years working experience in customer services, preferably in the fields of banking and finance;
• IANG/Degree holder with less experience will also be considered;
• Proactive, customer focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passed HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 is preferred 
• Fluency in Putonghua and good command of English and Chinese;
• Native Putonghua speaker is an advantage;
• Fresh university graduates will also be welcomed.
