Job Description
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working with other departments on new products/ programs/ campaigns launching and Call Centre new or existing systems development, enhancement & implementation. You will also be responsible for designing UAT test cases, setting up the UAT environment, assist/ backup manager to document and maintain the old test cases for future usage
Main Responsibilities:
- To review and comment the marketing materials and consolidate all feedback to business partners
- To develop, implement and enhance new & existing Call Center System projects such as Cardlink, LOS, CSS, Siebel, BOSS, VRU etc
- To review the Functional Specification, User Requirements & Test Plan and then to consolidate comment / feedback from internal users
- Attend User Requirement meeting for requirement discussion with ITD,ODD & Vendors
- Prepare UAT test cases & set up UAT environment
- Conduct UAT testing to ensure the new system setting are up to user requirement standard
- Assist Manager to ensure smoothly migration of system within the department
- Assist front-line staff to smoothly migrate to the new replacement system
Requirements:
- University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail banking / consumer products, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of functional test automation, test management tools and practices
- Logical thinker, result-oriented and with project handling, problem solving and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with different parties
- A wide knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
